There are 2 possibilities, a ceremony of 3 days and 2 days.
3-days Iboga ceremony
Have a good and healthy breakfast in the morning. To optimize the Iboga process don’t eat anymore after breakfast. If you find this difficult you can have some fruit. The Iboga ceremony starts on day 1 around 14.00 hours en we start by letting go of the fast rhythm of our daily life. If the weather is nice we can take a walk in the surrounding nature. Prior to and during the ceremony there will be several rituals which will reinforce the effect of the Iboga. During the Iboga ceremony traditional Bwiti music will be played. The music works as a guide for the Iboga which is spreading information throughout the body. The first day reflects on letting go. Traditionally the first day is called the death process.
During the day there is plenty of time to rest, walk and condition your own pace. There is always time and space to share if you feel like doing so. In the evening we start the second night of taking Iboga which is a smaller dose than on the first night. The second night reflects on celebration, a lighter energy. Traditionally the second night is called the rebirth. It could be that you don’t feel you need to take more Iboga because you’re still in a deep process of the first night.
In the morning there is time to recover and take it slow. There is a last sharing after which the Iboga ceremony will be officially closed.
2-days Iboga ceremony
The program of day 1 is the seem but on day 2 we will close the Iboga ceremony around 14.00 hours. If you feel you need more time to recover, you are welcome to take your time. The 2-day Iboga ceremony is exclusive for participants who have already worked with Iboga.
